Deborah L. Mangelli is an accountant with the New Brighton office of Cottrill Arbutina Professional Services.

Ms. Mangelli provides tax accounting services for businesses, government entities and not-for-profit organizations, as well as installation and training in the latest versions of QuickBooks® Financial Software and Point of Sale (POS) Software. She recently was certified by Intuit Inc. as a “Professional Advisor” in the latest version of QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

She is experienced in the areas of accounting, information systems, office management, budgeting, purchasing and inventory control.

Ms. Mangelli previously was a consultant with a small CPA firm in Pittsburgh where she specialized in accounting software training and technical support. She functioned as a bookkeeper for clients and was responsible for monthly reporting.

From 1994 to 2002, she served in information technology and operations capacities with a German-owned manufacturer located in Oakdale, near Pittsburgh. In this role, she gained valuable insights into the internal operations of a business. Earlier, she was an operations manager for Job Training for Beaver County, Inc. and director of the Domestic Relations Division of the Beaver County Court of Common Pleas.

Ms. Mangelli holds a masters in business administration degree from Robert Morris University and a bachelor of science degree from Youngstown State University. She is a member of the Executive Women’s Council of Beaver County, past president of Blackhawk High School Golf Boosters, past secretary of the American Association of University Women and past chair of the Chippewa Township Recycling Committee.
