Wealth Manager”
NEW
BRIGHTON, July 2009 - Tod
R. Arbutina, co-founder and managing shareholder
of Cottrill, Arbutina Professional Services, and a registered
representative of LPL Financial, was named byPittsburgh
Magazine
as a Five
Star Wealth Manager and one of the “best personal wealth
managers in the Pittsburgh area” based upon an extensive
survey of client satisfaction. Full

He
is among less than seven percent of wealth managers in the
region to receive this honor. Arbutina, a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL
PLANNER™ and certified public accountant, was rated in the
magazine's categories of investments, business planning,
financial planning and tax.
Pittsburgh
Magazine developed its list of Five Star Wealth Managers
in partnership with Crescendo Business Services, and through
an independent survey of 47,100 high net worth residents,
magazine subscribers and financial services industry professionals.
With the goal of identifying wealth managers who successfully
achieved key client satisfaction criteria and scored overall
highest in client satisfaction, respondents were asked to
rate only wealth managers known through personal experience,
and upon nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge/expertise,
communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial
objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations
and overall satisfaction.
As well,
only wealth managers with five years of experience in the
financial services industry were considered, and only after
a review of each individual's record of regulatory actions,
civil judicial actions and customer complaints as reported
by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and
other regulatory agencies. Then, before final lists were
announced, each name was reviewed by a “blue ribbon” panel
of individuals from within the industry.
