R. Arbutina is a shareholder with the firm of Cottrill
Arbutina Financial Services, Inc. With Big Four experience,
he has spent more than 15 years as a financial advisor,
certified public accountant and business leader.
Under
the guidance of Mr. Arbutina and his partner Dale
Cottrill, Cottrill Arbutina Financial Services, Inc.,
and Cottrill, Arbutina & Associates, Inc., have
become the largest financial services firms headquartered
in Beaver County. The two firms have grown eightfold
in the past decade, and today serve more than 500
clients, with offices in three locations. The firms
have set double-digit growth records in volume each
of the past several years.

planning acumen. He holds a five-star designation
in the Paladin
Registry, an information services company
providing free education, advisor information and
matching services on the web, and is included in the

He
specializes in providing accounting, tax and business
advisory services to closely held businesses in a
variety of industries including manufacturing, professional
services, retail and not-for-profits. In addition,
he is a certified financial planner™ practitioner,
and has helped the firm build a more comprehensive
financial service practice encompassing not only traditional
tax and accounting services but also business, investment
and estate planning.

Financial is an independent financial services firm
which offers the actual securities and advisory services
once clients have made decisions about their accounts.
Among
Mr. Arbutina's areas of expertise are corporate and
individual tax consulting and compliance, personal
financial planning, and compensation and benefits,
and litigation support. Prior to joining the firm,
he was a manager in the Pittsburgh office of Arthur
Andersen & Co., an international accounting and
consulting firm. While at Arthur Andersen, he provided
both audit and tax services to a diverse client base
including publicly and privately-held domestic and
international companies. He was a member of the office's
compensation and benefits, healthcare and tax-exempt
service teams. In addition, he served as the tax practice
liaison for all employee benefit plan, healthcare
and not-for-profit audit clients.
Mr.
Arbutina is a member of the American and Pennsylvania
Institutes of Certified Public Accountants as well
as the Institute of Certified Financial Planners .
Devoted to community service and volunteerism, he
is a board director of Big Brothers Big Sisters of
Beaver County and has served in leadership capacities
with the Beaver County Red Cross and the Rotary Club
of Beaver. He holds a bachelor's degree from Gettysburg
College and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh
Katz Graduate School of Business.
